Terms of Service

all4Team (all4team.com) is a sports operating system: inventory, diagnostics, methodology, goals, a calendar with e-registrations, feedback, and finance. The public portal presents the service, club registration, and public forms. The club app is for coaches and administrators.

A club registers via self-service. The founder is responsible for the accuracy of the data (including company ID) and for having authority to act on behalf of the organization. The club manages member access.

Available plans and limits are listed in the pricing. The free plan may have capacity limits. Paid subscriptions are managed according to the selected plan; the club’s billing details must be up to date.

The club is the controller of personal data of its members, players, and event participants. It is responsible for the lawfulness of processing, consents (including photo/video), and for content entered into the system. all4Team provides tools, not legal advice.

We operate the service with professional care. Planned maintenance is announced with reasonable notice. Technical support is provided at astix@astix.sk.

The club may stop using the service at any time in accordance with the terms of the selected plan. In case of a breach of these terms or of the law, we reserve the right to restrict or terminate access.

These terms are governed by the law of the Slovak Republic. An integral part is the privacy policy (GDPR).
