Frequently asked questions

Is all4Team really free?

Yes. FREE is free forever for 2 teams and 40 members, with 1 sport. No credit card is required. Local warehouses, notifications, and automatic payments are available on PAID and PRO only. PAID starts from €39 per month (10 teams, 300 members). PRO starts from €79 per month (unlimited teams, members, and sports).

Do parents need an account?

No. Parents do not need an account. They enter via a link to the public form or participant zone and can register, pay, and see event details without creating a password.

Where do I log in?

Coaches and administrators log in at https://all4team.com/app/. Create a club for free on https://all4team.com. Parents who only follow an event link do not sign in.

Is there a mobile app?

Native iOS and Android apps are in development. Today all4Team runs as a web app and an installable PWA in the phone browser, including attendance and RPE.

Which payment methods does all4Team support?

all4Team supports Stripe, PayPal, and Pay by Square QR (IBAN and variable symbol, for example €29.00). On PAID and PRO, bank statement files in PDF, CAMT, and CSV are auto-matched to open payments.

Which timezone are dates shown in?

All dates are shown in the club timezone. The default timezone is Europe/Bratislava, not the visitor’s browser timezone.

Where is data hosted, GDPR?

Data is hosted in the EU on AWS in Frankfurt. all4Team is GDPR compliant. A data processing agreement (DPA) is available on request. Personal data is processed to provide the service, meet legal duties, and keep the platform secure.
